Who We Are
John H. Walak Real Estate opened at our current location in Spring of 2014. After the sudden loss of his father, John H. Walak decided to re-open his company with a new name, new location, new technology and a determination to do business a better way. We are a multi-generational, family-owned and operated business with 14 agents and a full-time staff to assist you in all of your real estate needs.And What We Do
The majority of our business involves residential sales, helping buyers and sellers. We can also assist with light commercial/office and leasing. We service the entire Central PA area and are conveniently located to both East and West Shores and Perry County. We also offer FREE notary services to not only our clients, but the entire community as well. If you have a homeownership question, we can help.
